Founded in 2004, James P Spencer Limited was set up to provide quality services in two distinct fields of business, these being, Building/Landscaping and Theatrical services.
Having always been involved throughout his career in these fields, James felt that he could find a nishe in offering his services in a very efficient, business like manner and offer an excellent product to his customers.
